Juliette is a certified counselor and Integrative Nutrition coach.  Having struggled with weight loss, polycystic ovaries, thyroid, and pre-cancerous lumpectomy, she understands the struggles that women experience as they navigate through midlife.  Having changed her lifestyle and developed a better understanding for nutrition, she has learned how to reverse diseases lose weight, and transform lives

Stuart

Stuart is a trained chef and has a repertoire of vegan and vegetarian cuisine to support weight loss.  He specializes in 1:1 mentoring supporting individuals or groups by motivating them to reach their full potential.  He is a trained NSAM personal coach with experience in coaching individuals in pursuit of a healthy lifestyle.

  • How can this program help me?
    This program is not a fad diet, but is a lifestyle change. Our philosophy engages participants to utilize a large proportion of plant-based foods as research has found that this is more likely to reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, etc. Our plan has been shown to improve energy levels, concentration and physical ability.
  • Who is this program for?
    If you would like a transformational, invigorating, life changing partnership with Anise Wellness where your goals are our passion, then this program is for you. Our program is best suited for busy women between the ages of 40-60 years of age. All we ask is for your commitment to the program and we will take care of the rest.
  • What issues can health and wellness coaching address?
    Our Health and Wellness coaching is ideal for addressing the following areas through the eight laws of health: Build self confidence Lower stress levels Lose weight Eat better Read labels Cook nutritious meals Achieve better work-life balance
  • When can I expect results?
    Anise Wellness is a holistic approach that offers the support and accountability you need to stay on track and reach your goals. You can choose from our 4-week, 8 week or 12 week program. We are all bio individual so results will vary, however in general you should start to see and feel changes in 8 weeks, as your clothes fit better, your thinking becomes clearer, and your body becomes stronger.
  • What to expect from our program.
    The Anise Wellness program seeks to educate individuals to make healthier food choices, create nutritious meals, by utilizing the 8 laws of health to transform and empower your life. It’s time make a change by investing in your health because health is wealth.
